Munchkin & Me
Students ages 2½-3
Class description: This 30 minute class allows parents to introduce their child to the sport of gymnastics. Through proper instruction, parents lead their children through courses designed to teach movement, agility, balance, and hand/eye coordination skills. Courses are set up with stations pertaining to each of the five events: vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline or tumble trak.
Pre-School
Students ages 3-4
Class description: This 45 minute class enables students to work on basic movement skills, balance, and hand-eye coordination. Courses are set up with stations pertaining to each of the five events: vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline or tumble trak.
Kindernastics
Students ages 4-5
Class description: This 45 minute class enables students to continue to work on basic movement skills, balance, and hand-eye coordination. Students at this level are introduced to the equipment used in gymnastics. Courses are set up with stations pertaining to each of the five events: vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline or tumble trak.
Instructional – Coed
Students ages 5+
Class description: This is a one hour class working on basic skills for all events: vault, uneven parallel bars, single rail bars, balance beam, floor, tumble trak, and trampoline. Students are divided according to ability and progress. Students work on flexibility, strength, skill progression, team work, and positive attitude.
Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T)
Students ages 5 and up
Class description: This one hour class is designed for those students who want to concentrate solely on trampoline and power tumbling skills in the sport of gymnastics. Students will work on basic to advanced skills in each discipline.
Teams
By invitation only. All new students interested in being on a team must schedule an appointment for an evaluation with the head coach. Gymnasts will perform at the end of the session shows and special events.
